This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from leonlevin.com (the “Site”).

We may share the names, postal addresses and general purchase information (such as dates and amounts) of our customers with list brokers, other catalogs and marketing cooperatives (list exchanges), so that they can send you offers by mail. We never share payment card information or email addresses for this purpose. Under some state laws this may be considered a "sale" of personal information. Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. DATA RETENTION
When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

ADVERTISING AND CUSTOMER MATCHING

We share limited customer information, such as your name, email address, phone number and postal code, with advertising platforms including Google and Meta. These platforms match that information against their own records so that we can show our advertising to our existing customers, and to people whose interests are similar to theirs. The information is transmitted in a hashed, non-readable form. These platforms do not receive your order history.

YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

If you would prefer that we not share your information with advertising platforms, list brokers, other catalogs or marketing cooperatives as described above, contact us at customerservice@chicllc.com and we will remove you from these audiences and lists.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for targeted advertising. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon, Texas and Virginia have these rights under state law. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

CHANGES
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
